The Villa, originally built in the year 1000, has undergone a long and meticulous restoration, with old brick floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very fresh and clean appearance. The villa is made up of the old tower and the barn, connected by a glass corridor.

The tower is divided into three floors. The main floor, the first and second floor. The main floor has two large lounges with arched windows offering spectacular views of the valley; There is also a double room with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with fireplace and a large bathroom with double shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a master bedroom with private bathroom and adjacent living room perfect for reading with a large fireplace. The second floor is occupied by a double bedroom, separate dressing room and large bathroom with separate bathtub and showers.
The barn is articulated on two floors. The main floor is occupied by the fully equipped kitchen, dining room with 16-18 seats, laundry and bathroom service. The first floor is occupied by two bedrooms (queen size beds) each with private bath.
