The Villa is designed to house a large family with many animals and fruitful fields. It faces the Amiata mountain, with a wonderful, open view of the valley below. Protected on the north side by the hills and woods, it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, especially in winter.

Independent residence sleeps 14.
It is composed by seven bedrooms with en suite bathroom, five are double and two are double or twin. The common area is a big room with sofa and TV. At the first floor there is a big fireplace.
Amenities
In the garden are many trees of plum, cypresses, mulberry that shade a long L-shaped table for outdoor dining. A wide lawn is perfect for reclining on deck-chairs or playing games.
A lovely swimming-pool (m.10×4) overlooks the valley.
Free of charge WI-FI connection is available throughout the house.
N.B. For organisational reasons, momentarily, is not used the kitchen of the villa, but the residence,
has a very special agreement with the corporate restaurant which is at 1,3 km from the villa.
